INTERVAL Experiences is operated by Virginia Parmentola, physiotherapist, based in Paris, France. We offer wellness experiences under the INTERVAL METHOD® protocol. For any privacy-related enquiries, contact us at: hello@intervalexperiences.com.
When you book a session through our website, we collect the following personal data: full name, email address, age, physical health conditions relevant to session participation, and self-assessed fatigue level (EVA scale). We also collect session preferences and language of choice.
Your data is collected solely for the purpose of confirming your reservation, tailoring the session safely to your individual needs, and communicating session logistics. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Processing is based on your consent, given at the time of booking, and on the performance of the service you have requested. Health-related data (physical conditions, fatigue) is processed under Article 9(2)(h) of the GDPR, for the purpose of preventive medicine and the management of a health-adjacent service delivered by a registered physiotherapist.
Your personal data is retained for a maximum of 5 years from the date of your last session, in line with standard French commercial retention periods. After this period, any data kept for research, statistical or quality-improvement purposes is fully anonymised. Health data is deleted immediately after the session unless you have given explicit consent for retention as part of an ongoing programme or research study.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hello@intervalexperiences.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) in France.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your booking information is transmitted securely via email to the session facilitator only. Payment is processed directly through SumUp; we do not store any payment information.
Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use only essential functional elements necessary for the operation of the booking form. No third-party analytics are deployed on this site.
INTERVAL Experiences offers wellness experiences conducted under the INTERVAL METHOD®, a proprietary six-phase autonomic nervous system regulation protocol developed and led by Virginia Parmentola, registered physiotherapist. Sessions take place in Paris and other cities as announced.
A booking request is submitted through our online form. Your place is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment via SumUp. You will receive a confirmation email with session details — including the exact atelier address — once payment is verified. INTERVAL reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.
By booking a session, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions in the intake form, and that you have no contraindication to participating in a somatic and sensory wellness session. INTERVAL Experiences is not a medical service and does not replace medical treatment. If in doubt, please consult your physician before attending.
Participants are expected to arrive on time, follow the facilitator's instructions, and respect the shared nature of the experience. INTERVAL reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour is disruptive to the session or other participants, without refund.
The INTERVAL METHOD® is a registered trademark (INPI, France, 2026). All content on this website — including texts, structure, and methodology — is the exclusive property of Virginia Parmentola. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written authorisation.
Photography, audio or video recording inside the session space is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from INTERVAL Experiences. This applies to all participants and visitors.
INTERVAL Experiences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in a session. Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
Given the personalised nature of each experience, cancellations are not accepted once a booking has been made. Bookings are final and non-refundable. A change of date may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and subject to availability.
In the rare event that INTERVAL Experiences must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (illness of the facilitator or force majeure), all participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to the next available session.
Bookings concern leisure and wellbeing services provided on a specific date. Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such services once a date has been agreed. Where the law grants a right of withdrawal, it will be honoured. This clause is provided for information and does not limit any right you hold under applicable consumer law.
