Nervous system reset · Paris & Tenerife

Not yoga.
Not meditation.
Just regulation.

A two-hour reset, built by a physiotherapist, that moves your body out of survival mode. Most people sleep through the night after one.

2 hours · 80€ · Paris & Tenerife

The state you're in

Capable, and quietly running on empty.

You function. You deliver. And somewhere along the way your body stopped switching off. That isn't a flaw in you — it's a nervous system stuck in alert.

  • Tired, even after sleeping
  • Shoulders up to your ears
  • A tight jaw
  • A mind that won't slow down
The session

Two hours to bring your body back down.

No performance, no spirituality, nothing to be good at. You arrive, you lie down, and you're guided — physically — from alert to rest. A physiotherapist's hands are part of it, not a metaphor.

The method

Six phases, one direction: down.

I

Arrival & reception

A shift out of the day's rhythm into a calmer space — designed to change your pace, attention and perception.

II

Anchoring

A guided return to the breath and inner awareness — structured breathing and sustained attention to establish presence.

III

Conscious movement

Slow, intentional movement to reconnect with mobility, posture and body awareness. No performance — just sensation and control.

IVWhat sets it apart

Manual work

Personalised hands-on techniques, applied individually. Precise touch and sustained pressure to release the tension held in the body — the part no class gives you.

V

Deep restoration

A stretch of guided stillness in a calm sensory environment. Full rest, with nothing asked of you.

VI

Closing & integration

A gradual return to the outside world. The session ends with a moment of reflection and a personal intention for the days ahead.

Why it works

Physiology, not promises.

Built by a physiotherapist around how the body actually shifts out of a stress state — led by what you feel, not by claims you can't check.

Out of survival mode

The sequence guides your system from a state of alert toward genuine rest — the shift most of us never fully make.

Physical release

Hands-on work on the jaw, neck and shoulders — where tension actually lives — not just talk of relaxation.

Breath that resets

Functional breathing that signals safety to the body, so it can finally stand down.

What people leave with

The morning after tells you everything.

"I had the best night's sleep in months — I didn't wake up once, even though I usually wake several times. The next day I felt completely rested and full of energy."

"It felt like I'd condensed a whole weekend of relaxation into just a couple of hours."

Behind Interval

Built by a physiotherapist, not a wellness brand.

Virginia Parmentola is a physiotherapist. INTERVAL is the protocol she built for the nervous systems she kept seeing stuck in her own treatment room — capable people who had simply stopped switching off.
