THE VISION

I've spent years listening to bodies — first as a physiotherapist, helping others find ease in movement and reconnect with what their bodies were trying to tell them.

But somewhere along the way, I noticed a pattern: people didn't just need better posture or stronger cores. They needed permission to slow down. To feel. To exist outside productivity.

What began as clinical practice evolved into something more intentional — a space where wellness isn't prescriptive, but personal. Where movement isn't correction, but conversation.

Every experience I create reflects this: curated slowness, intentional intimacy, and the quiet luxury of being fully present. No noise. No performance. Just you, your body, and the moment between moments.

This is my practice. And now, it's yours too.

THE CONCEPT

INTERVAL was created to offer that space — moments where time slows down and the body becomes the reference again.

Through movement, creativity and presence, INTERVAL designs curated pauses for individuals, groups and organizations seeking depth and simplicity.

Not to escape life, but to return to it differently.

FROM BODY TO PAUSE

Every experience is designed around three pillars:

  • Conscious movement — where the body becomes the anchor, not the distraction​

  • Creative exploration — where sensation leads and structure follows​

  • Curated presence — where time dilates and attention deepens​

Whether it's an intimate atelier in Paris, a weekend immersion, or a bespoke corporate retreat in Tenerife, the intention remains the same: to create the conditions for transformation without forcing it.
